Our full Privacy Policy covers the legal detail. This page is the shorter version — what we actually do with your information, depending on why you're dealing with us.

If you're a candidate

Here's the journey your data takes, roughly in order:

  • You get in touch or apply for a role. We collect your contact details, CV and the basics of what you're looking for.
  • A consultant reviews your application. We may ask for more detail — qualifications, references, availability — to understand if a role is a genuine fit before putting you forward for anything.
  • Where a role requires it, we make sure you're ready. Right to work and professional registration checks (for example an NMC pin) are standard for nursing, care and early years roles, and we only run these for roles you've agreed to be considered for. A DBS check, where needed, is arranged directly between you and the employer — we're not involved in it and never see the result.
  • We share your details with a specific client, with your knowledge. We don't put your CV in front of an employer without discussing the role with you first.
  • If you're placed, we keep in touch. Partly good practice, partly because employment and compliance records need to be kept for a period afterwards.
  • If you're not placed, or you ask us to, we stop. You can ask us to delete your details at any point using the form below.

If you're a client

We hold the contact details of the people we deal with at your organisation, and the details of the roles you've asked us to fill. We use this to run the placement process and to keep you updated on progress. We don't use it for anything beyond that relationship.

Marketing

If you've opted in to hear from us about roles or sector updates, you can opt out at any time — use the form below, the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or just tell your consultant.
